Jelly fungus

Jelly fungus One of the more distinctive groups is the 'Jelly fungus', included in the Tremellales and Auriculariales groups. As the common name suggests they are usually soft and wobbly like jelly. They often grow hanging from standing trees or on logs, and many are known to be edible.
